The Oregon Worker Relief Fund provides temporary disaster relief to Oregonians with financial need and who are excluded from the federal unemployment insurance program due to their immigration status.

Who is eligible?

  • Undocumented immigrants.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • An Oregon Resident;
    • 1st time applicants must have worked in Oregon at least 60 days before calling the call center to join the waitlist.
    • A 2nd time applicant is someone who has already received an initial benefit payment from the Worker Relief Fund.
  • Lost their wage due to the pandemic.
  • Is experiencing a hardship on account of the pandemic.

Hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
